I’ve been interested in reviewing temp agencies as someone interested in getting additional work and I have to say HTSS is a unique place. Very similarly to others their communication is piss poor unfortunately and I’m unsure if it’s because their understaffed don’t expect them to reply back to you or actually help you with the application process. I’m unsure if the website isn’t accurate because how can I only be able to apply to one job and watch it sit there for over a month while at the same time attempt to call in and ask questions only to be told by the woman there “I don’t know anything I’m just a receptionist”. Like other locations they will ask for your personal information so I would tread carefully because any business that takes your information but doesn’t engage with you can be shady to a lot of people.
I’d say their on the same level as some other temp agencies on indeed and such so a shame if anything. 1/5 Id advise to be better.

This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with. They wasted almost a month of my time, promising a job and then completely ignoring me when I followed up. Chelsea and Ximena were especially unprofessional—they ignored all my messages and showed zero respect for my time or situation. I turned down other opportunities because I trusted them, only to be left struggling with no answers. Their lack of communication and basic professionalism is unacceptable. If you’re looking for an agency that actually values job seekers, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

It was a smooth journey working with HTSS. The hiring process was easy, also Ms. Lori made sure that i was doing good with their client all the while i was working with HTSS.
Overall, I had a good experience with them.
