Very unprofessional I went through the interview process with a company. My HTI recruiter Lucy never reached out to me after that to tell me if I got the job or not. When I tried calling she ignored my calls, emails, and text messages. I will never use HTI recruiting again and advise nobody to use them due to my experience.

I had Applied for Danfoss company few weeks back.And got orientation done.Never got offer letter from the Company.But received from HTI after long request.This HTI is in Seneca.SC. Never answered the Phone. received text messages after a day.I got my offer letter on my training day.I was in training still March 16 th at Danfoss.On Monday March 19th I got a text From HTI stating that my Performance was Bad and no need to come to Danfoss Facility. Basically
1.Training was Horrible.Person training is Slow and has no Clue what he is teaching or Training.
2.No Training Material are Available to Train new Hires.
3.Wrong Parts at Assembly Bin.
4. Never Training Video for Products your assembling . etc… HTI Never Answered the phone for explanation for my Performance.Left message on Answering machine for Skyline never called or reply back…I worked other manufacturers like BMW and So on Never Experience unprofessional Company iny Life…Thanks HTI…for Wasting my time.
