This company is very unprofessional & disrespectful, Impersonal & invasive about your personal life; plenty of times Officer Prentice would keep bringing Up my daughter after I explained kindly I keep my personal life out of work, which is what I expect got me terminated. Just an all around creep. Now, HR-Ms Lee has lied to me knowing my situation, lied about work & Schemed with Co worker “Prentice” to get rid of me without notice. & I can confirm cause Prentice told me they did the same thing to the previous Guard. I also asked the Client of the site if anything happened that Night & he denied.
Please, consider this company as a last resort

HSS has shown me nothing but respect. Tony, Fermin, and Anthony have been very professional and courteous. We arrived to the Ranch and everyone has been extremely nice! Tony has taken care of all of us and has been looking out to make sure we are all doing well here. When Anthony left Fermin came back from San Antonio (a two and half hour drive) to check up on everything. It’s been a great job thus far and even greater opportunity, thank you HSS!
