After learning about the history of the recruitment process that someone close to me went through through this company, unfortunately I cannot say anything good about HRO. Prolonged recruitment process, lack of a clear position, lack of words, promises and lack of response despite arranging a specific date. There was no information about the negative consideration of the candidacy, only silence. This type of behavior is sometimes found in companies with a poor employee culture. In the case of companies that professionally deal with recruitment, this is rather unthinkable.
Disappointment and disappointment. That’s the only thing that can be said about this company.
