I must say first the security there has improved on how they have it organized. And the offices has been renewed inside as well. Which was well needed, my experience yesterday went rather well. The worker , I had was professional her name is Pauline Nevins. The experience wasn’t bad at all. Although I have to go back soon, I’ll keep you all posted.

The staff, and even more so the supervisors, were extremely rude. They follow a rigid procedure and don’t accept anything, even legally binding processes, outside their comfort zone. “That’s the only way it works,” quote. They escalate the issue to the person (you) if one has concerns they cannot address. I feel sick being treated that way.

My experience really was fast and smooth, but everyone’s situation and reason of being there is definitely different as of time wise, but personally I was there for a (card replacement) and that only took 30-45 mins from the min I walked in until the minute I walked out with the card.
*** Btw (Tus & Wed) r the best day to go there & get thing done quick cuz it’s always way less people in middle of the week than any other days obviously tho lol
