The recruiter took way too long to get in contact with the guy that had just interviewed with for a pipe inspection job working in a warehouse job over in Odessa, The Recruiter, lady keep on putting me off on Tuesday and Wednesday about the work that I was looking for with after asking her about the contact with the man who interviewed me at that company was back on saying she was with somebody else on the phone. Wouldn’t return my phone calls. She was always with somebody else and she would get back with me. And talk to me about the job in Odessa, thanks, a job I applied for I was very well much qualified for the job with my 3 years of experience as an oil filled pipe inspection worker. I was told today by another recruiter. They said that guy contact them back by email and said they wouldn’t be a good fit because something about a culture thing. I guess I’m not a different skin color when I’m to just as a good hard worker person who can handle the job. I Felt very much like that I was getting nothing but a big run around. In other words, they were putting me off and wasting my time. I’m trying to be there for me as an individual person. To help me find work so I can get my so back to work. So I could get myself back to work and pay my bills. That’s all I was asking for it’s just a job that helped me get back on my feet and be responsible person and pay my bills. That’s all anybody ever asked in this world. It’s you don’t be given a chance to have a job and be able to make it and pay your bills and put food on the table. And I am a white American citizen born here in America 🇺🇸. And I am an older man.
