I would like to share my experience after attending the courses. In the first session (Employment Contracts Legal and Practical Guide), I found Trainer Dato Lim to be quite disrespectful. This course was something we paid for, and regardless of how small our company might be, we should not be treated in a targeted or dismissive manner. At the time, the air conditioning in the room was too cold, so I moved to the last row on the right. This was not an attempt to distance myself from the trainer deliberately. Additionally, there were only six of us attending. During the introductions, the trainer jokingly said he didn’t see me, which I found very rude. Over the two days, I felt increasingly uncomfortable, which eventually led me to request an early end to the course. Furthermore, this course took place on the 12th and 13th of March. On the 12th, I asked a question that was important to me. Dato Lim was unable to provide a definitive answer on the spot and said he would look into it and get back to us. However, on the 13th, when we followed up, he said he would respond via WhatsApp afterwards. As of today, 17th April, I have not received any reply. This kind of neglect is extremely unprofessional. Following that, on 14th April, we attended the second course (Payroll & Tax Computation – April 2025). The trainer for this session was excellent, but the materials she prepared were not consistent with what she was presenting on her computer. Although she jumped between pages, it was still understandable. She mentioned she would send us her version of the materials later. However, even after we reminded her yesterday, we have yet to receive anything. We would appreciate it if you could kindly remind the trainer to send us the correct version as soon as possible. *I would like to clarify that this review reflects my personal experience during the course, and it is not intended to harm anyone’s reputation. It is simply my feedback based on the events that occurred. I remain open to discussing this further if necessary.
