This hotel is about 5 miles away from the Massachusetts state house, location wide, it is so so. I would like to give 5 star to house keeping service and the breakfast service associates . I would give ZERO star to the front desk associates service , only one male associates were good. The girls ( black girls, I have to use this to describe , hopefully the manager will be aware of it, and will start coaching or have written up paper on those girls , because they have no customer service concepts, she told us only have house keeping manager in the whole entire hotel. Does it make a sense that no hotel manager? And the hotel just have poor customer service girl at the front desk to run the business? What type of management in this Hampton Inn Logan airport location? ). While we were staying there for 3 nights , we already experienced the rude customer service with night shift girls , again they are black girls as well) in addition,I just called the hotel at 8:59 am on Sunday 7/6 /2025, want to speak the hotel manager and give some feedback on shuttle bus driver, the girl told us no manager at this time , asked me to call back tomorrow, and she refused to tell me her name and just hung up my phone, rude and rude and rude. The young shuttle bus diver works hard , but he needs more training on how to deliver quality of works. We spoke to one of shuttle drivers the night before we leave the hotel , we were told that it should be fine to take shuttle at 7:30 am on Sunday morning to catch up our 8:40 am flight. Then on Sunday morning, the young male driver started taking off around 7:40 to 7:45 am, there were 14 people need to go to the airport, he didn’t drop off the people who have to catch the flights , instead, he picked up the arrival customers first then dropped us to arrival area and we have to find the way and took the elevator from arrival to departure. His work was apart of reasons we missed the 8:40 am ‘s flight. Frankly speaking, that was not good experience with this hotel.
