I warn clients against cooperation – the agency illegally forces mandatory marketing consent from candidates who want to apply for a specific position. The provisions of the GDPR clearly state that such practices are unacceptable (!!!). Certainly, many candidates, like me, give up applications in favor of other advertisements and companies. A very unprofessional agency with unfair practices that does not know the law (!) or knowingly breaks it.
