My Initial experience was ok. They seemed nice and somewhat professional. However; when you really get involved you realize they are nothing more than inexperienced simple minded people acting like they have it all together. The concept of utilizing a third party for HR needs is spot on… only if they use a non-bias approach. They don’t unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend them until they mature a little.
