At first Harbor Town is a picturesque, quiet place to live. Nice views, close to downtown and pleasant neighbors. Beautiful views!
The problem is the package of “luxury” they sell you on. 10 months ago we signed a lease, promised tanning beds, ring doorbell and fingerprint access, heated- year round pool, private beach. None have materialized.
2 trash bins for ALL 7 soon to be 8 buildings, to share. We have been kicked out of the pool by the police, because the management decided it was easier to kick everyone out instead of the trespassers. There are plenty of things to list. The biggest issue is the lack of responsibility, communication and acknowledgment of any issue.

Management is very complacent and not friendly here !!!!!!
They try to sell you on luxury apartment but there is nothing luxury about this place.
Our microwave has been broken for over a month and we have called 2-3 times regarding this issue and no update or anything. The trash is always spilling over and out of the garbage and car break ins happen here with no cameras around the leasing office only in the front to protect leasing office. Then I was told well people don’t like cameras ….very odd to say because every apartment has a ring camera …..So if you are looking for luxury please look elsewhere . The heated year round pool does not exist and also they have redesigned the pool for less space than what you see online . I will upload pictures for proof. Please spend your money wisely .

Definitely worth the inquiry. May be a little costly, but you are paying for the quality room/rental. I ended up visiting a buddy on an extended stay for a handful of months, and he loved it. Had I know they were ready to be moved in, I too would have reserved one. Definitely tucked away from unsafe parts of town. And right on the water too! I will be recommending this location to future visitors and future employees.
