I absolutely love this hospital. Their nurses and their doctors are amazing, friendly, and very well educated. I had a nurse named Tiffany v. That went out of her way to make me feel comfortable in my stay at the hospital. Both nurses and doctor was great service. They had me in and out within 2 hours. Not only that I had a problem with the prescription at the pharmacy she went out of her way to call the pharmacy after I left to make sure my prescription was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

The worst hospital experience of my life, my partner was hospitalized to be given a bad diagnosis, we were hospitalized for 3 days and in the end the reason for his pain was what we were first told in the emergency room. The attention was very slow, the first day in the room, not even the doctor came to see us, when I complained about this the only thing I received was a phone call with zero staff, I felt that they did not care about my partner’s condition. As you can see in the pictures the room was in a deplorable situation, I could not believe that a hospital has these facilities. The only reason I give 1 star is because of a couple of nurses who were really nice except for one who was extremely rude to me when all I did was ask to see a doctor, since I asked her to see a doctor her treatment towards us was fatal, she sighed, did not talk to us and ignored us. I feel this treatment was due to the fact that my partner did not speak English and I did my best to communicate his needs being that I’m bilingual. In conclusion a lousy service, facilities and even bad treatment for not speaking the language. Do not come here!!

My mother was a patient at this location for 3 weeks. We were not informed of her discharge until the last second. While a patient there she was not turned every 2 hours and started to develop a bed sore. At the time of discharge the case manager told us that everything for my mother’s care was arranged. This proved to be a lie. The orders for her to have physical therapy and Occupational therapy were not transmitted to the home Healthcare agency. There were no orders for my mother’s picc line dressing changes. It was not until 7/11/2025 that I found out all about what should have been done that was not taken care of. HCA hospital system is the worst system in the country. I would not recommend this hospital system to anyone. They should not be in the Healthcare business. I really don’t know why I bother with this review. I know that it will not change anything with this hospital. Everyone that had anything to do with my mother’s care absolutely should be blamed. I have vowed to pursue action by going to a local news media to expose this.
