Had a recruiter Emmy Cooper reach out to me about a “potential job” opportunity. She set up a teams call to go over my resume. Interview went for almost an hour then she proceeds to tell me that the position is in Plano it’s within my work schedule and my pay. She said she would send it over for me to review and I never heard from her again. I’ve emailed and called and she does not respond. The account manager Kim should be ashamed of her team. They were great when Michelle worked there but what they are doing now is so unprofessional and unacceptable. Stop wasting peoples time especially when people are always looking for a better opportunity or an opportunity period.

This is my second time being contacted by recruiters at this temp agency & received “ghost job opportunity”. First time was back in 2023 or 2022. Forward this year, I was contacted my a recruiter named Sarah Turner on 1/24/24 about a position. I received a screen call from her & was told she would inform me any further details on the client. I called her office number on Monday & was told she no further updates on the yet. It’s now Friday & I have yet heard from any from Addison Group nor this recuriter. This is highly unprofessional that your recruiters are providing false advertised job information on clients that are not even actual jobs/ or not even considering hiring anyone. Stop providing the candidates like myself the right to represent, when your agency isn’t representing anything but work ethics/principles!

In previous years I had a great experience when I have worked with The Addison Group. I wish Stephanie Hill – Collier was still there. She was great about letting me know about opportunities and just communication in general. The new person who is my contact, Jordan, is the opposite. I call, leave messages, email and don’t hear back. Once or twice I’ve made phone contact with her. She said she would do things & did not follow through. While I understand I’m not the only job seeker, you need to make a better effort at communication.
