Lauren is amazing! She was super informative and work diligently to find me a career that met not only my pay requirements. But, also that aligned with my morals and aspirations. She was super hands on and made no decisions without consulting me first to make sure everything was a perfect fit. From hours of operations to job requirements and even pay. Lauren even now with securing me the job still checks in every week to make sure that I am happy and that the job meets up to my expectations. Had an interview and was told they had to do a background check. After the background check came back they sent me to the site to meet the manager where I would be working. After that I went to the courthouse to be finger printed. I was told it would be a couple of days. After a few days I text Lauren to ask if it had came back. She said it would be back at the beginning of the following week. Monday nothing Tuesday nothing Wednesday nothing. I even text her to ask if there were other positions available since the fingerprints were taking too long. No response. I am an excellent worker and this is the treatment we get. Today is now Thursday. Still no response. I was smart enough to continue to search for employment and was hired somewhere else paying more than what they were offering. This experience has been very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone seek employment here.
