That government treats people very badly. I submitted an application for humanitarian aid as early as 1.03, they sent me on 23.03 to show up to process the visa, on 26.03 I got my visa, they said they don’t need a visa, I brought the original contract I got it on 31.03.2025, that is, today they said they don’t need a contract, I need a bank statement – I showed mine, they said they need a statement for those who live with me, I said that from my apartment, I have a bank account, they sent me to the bank to take a statement, they said that they cannot give a statement if the person does not have an account. Ten minutes before closing for lunch, the security guard did not let me in, then when I wanted to take a photo of what was written on the door, the security guard wanted to hit me because I do not have the right to take photos of the employees or what is written inside. I started crying in the office because it was very lunchtime because of this attitude, they called a blonde that the head of the government kicked me out of the office because I was crying and yelling at me that I was taking money from a Czech. They didn’t give me the money because the roommates don’t have an account in the bank. Very bad relationship, I don’t even know who works there because I asked for their first and last name and they didn’t want to tell me. In one office, a Czech man works on the left and a Ukrainian woman on the right, whose names and surnames are not known. After visiting that institution with those workers, the pressure rose and my heart seized.
