Mr Jones returned my original call and followed up once by email (to say he hadn’t gotten to the project), and then the line went dead. No response to my emails, no update on my
request for a quote on some appraisals. I just don’t understand how people do business like this. At least tell me you’re not interested, instead of just ghosting and wasting my time.
