I prefer Hoban because they have more effective & efficient screening and onboarding processes, shift recording and payroll systems; offer a variety of suitable casual work for times that suit; conduct follow ups and reviews during and after placements; support me every step; and their recruiters are open, flexible, very personable and work collaboratively to ensure any and all of our needs as casuals and the needs of the employers and all clients and stakeholdersare met.
