I have given friends Iliana’s number to help them with their taxes. What more can I say.
The relationship with specific people. They know who we are, our tax issues and come up with ideas to minimize our taxes. They are on time and always helpful. Our main contact is Iliana Malinov and she is superb.
Sometimes the 1040 Data input is a bit clunky.

one of the worst experiences of my life. its a nice company with benefits but they feed you and feed you so u forget all the bad. alot of the staff members seem to not engage and like the minorities at the company. the minorities feel unwanted and unwelcomed. they are looked over. alot of the audit staff are fighting for positions and get mad if a minority is given it.
