So, I applied with this agency to find a “job”. They wanted me to do an assessment & safety test, to see if I qualify. I didn’t exceed their expectations. Whoever, write those tests, have not worked on the production floor of any warehouse. Most of the terms they use wasn’t anything I heard. I even told Kristen that I don’t have any forklift experience, yet those test had forklift questions.
She started questioning me like I was desperate (like I needed her). (Something like someone who’s in power does, when someone is in “trouble”). I shut her down and told her, I can take rejection as long, as it with respect. She had a condescending attitude then she went to being disappointed because of my comment.
I only gave them 2 stars since she “recommended” me to their franchise. Other than that, I’m not an employee just a potential employee, so they can’t have no control of my emotions or power for a job search. Just be careful applying to them. This is just a GIG & not a career. Especially, for little they pay. Rejection is my protection.
Edit** Please stop confusing me with another candidate in your past, if you take pride in your work then your facts would be straight. Lets be honest, this is a gig. Temp agencies isn’t honest with workers, yall only here for the money on the hourly pay that yall received from each “employee”. Jobs don’t last only so long and at times, yall manipulate people into positions that may last a few days to weeks without being honest with what fits the candidate needs..***
