Incredibly unprofessional.
I interviewed with them for a screening call and was then scheduled for a second interview. The hiring manager didn’t show up, then blamed me for not showing though I was in the google meet lobby for 10 minutes at the scheduled time. I rescheduled with them and the hiring manager told me they’d call me, then never called. I followed up with them again and they asked me “what is your intent with this meeting?”
I’m blown away by the disorganization and incompetence.

So far, the only company I am thoroughly enjoying my time at, no micro management, the team is amazing and it’s a women lead company and I really appreciate the way my Manager Pawan Kalsi has been managing it so far. She is headstrong and her business acumen is inspirational.

A girl picked a call and said contact me on another number that number was belong to a graduated girl she said I’m not a recruiter.. so i called back to hiring stars three times but she didn’t answer my calls
