Was working with them on a potential position but feel like at this point I have been ghosted. The manager that interviewed me told me they would have a decision by a certain date. It has been a week since and I haven’t heard anything. I called earlier this week to get a status and hiring source told me they hadn’t heard from their client..but that was it..no intention to follow up with them or anything. All recruiters I work with are very good at communication and I haven’t felt that way with hiring source. Im now seeing updated job postings for the position I interviewed for which tells me I didn’t get it and maybe the client wants to keep interviewing. Could be wrong but how could I know? I haven’t heard from them.

The Hiring Source has made all the difference in the world to me. I’m just about to finish up my 6th month at a job I love and it’s all because of them. I worked with Cassie on finding a job that was the right fit and once I found it, Cassie and Jennifer helped me to understand the company culture well enough to be able to confidently go into the interviews. Cassie also followed up after every interview and was really good about keeping touch to make sure everything went smoothly during my first few months. And I love my job! I just recently graduated and in this job market I felt I was lucky to get anything, much less the quality job that I did. The Hiring Source is the real deal!

This recruiter is extremely unprofessional. She floods my email inbox with current job postings. Then when you inquire about the emailed job posting there is no response. Not even an automated response stating that they received your resume and will look over to see if you meet the job qualifications. Also no follow-up email to state that they have chosen a different applicant for the position. When calling in directly to her office she refuses to accept callers and wants everyone to either leave a voicemail message or email. Completely unprofessional.
