Terrible company. Ever since JUSTIN left, this place has gone downhill. They DO NOT CARE ANYMORE. They have maybe 10 jobs a day at best. Don’t believe me? Show up at 3am and take a look at all the hopeless people already lined up camping when doors don’t even open until 5. They do that to try to get in that 10 job bracket. It’s a mess. Staff zone is even better at this point lmao. Good luck folks. F HIRE QUEST.

I’m really disappointed with how this agency operates. It’s not fair that people arrive early—before the doors even open—hoping to get work, only to be told there are no jobs available, while the same group of people seems to get sent out regularly.
Everyone deserves a fair chance. Nobody is perfect, and people’s situations should be taken into account. When staff tell you that you’ll go out, and then skip over you for someone else, it’s frustrating and disheartening. It feels like favoritism is being played, and that’s not right.
If this agency is going to continue operating, they should revise their policies and treat everyone with the same opportunity and respect. Being a temp service means being fair and providing chances for all—not just a select few.

I went in to apply for work and everyone was friendly and applying was quick and was told to be there at 5am. I was called in by another job and was unable to try the staffing services but will definitely will not hesitate to be there at 5 am anytime I find myself in need of a job.
