I would try to contract somewhere else. No bonus or pay increase no matter how long you’ve been there. No help with finding another contract. No communication at the end of contract. I had to talk to higher ups at the hiring company for them to renew contract. They only care about filling a roll to profit of you. They DO NOT care about you!

If I could give them zero stars I would. They have no process management in place and are unprofessional.

Due to horrible communication and follow up I lost the opportunity for a well paying job after being laid off, I had refused multiple other jobs while waiting for the new position to start for months even after signing an offer letter, I was told not to start until they gave me the all clear. I never received any communication from them unless I reached out, always replied with we will update you but never had an update.
