I’ve been with Hiredly since the Wobb days in 2016, and while the platform initially showed great promise, it has since taken a sharp turn for the worse. Over time, customer support has become increasingly unresponsive and inflexible, with any attempt to resolve issues met with complete indifference.
What once felt like a personalized, solution-driven service has now devolved into a frustrating series of impersonal transactions. The previous consultant who worked with me for years was exceptional, always going above and beyond to resolve issues swiftly. The new consultant, however, seems more interested in pushing for payments rather than addressing concerns, making the experience feel transactional at best—and utterly disappointing at worst.
Compared to other job platforms, Hiredly’s performance is vastly underwhelming. Even if they were to slash their subscription by 50%, I wouldn’t hesitate to look elsewhere. If you’re serious about hiring, I would strongly recommend steering clear of this platform entirely
