Hiredly’s platform is generally user-friendly and decent for looking for candidates and posting of jobs, though I have noticed that it can sometimes be a bit slow. The below review is purely my personal experience with their headhunting services during my interactions with Kaylee. Based on my own experience, I found a lack of transparency and consistency in the communication process. Initially, I confirmed a salary within what I believed was the expected range and agreeable with candidate. However, on two separate occasions, Kaylee later indicated that the candidates were expecting more, or additional allowances were being requested. This left me feeling pressured to reconsider what was originally agreed upon. It seemed as though the approach was geared toward pushing for higher fees, a practice that I didn’t encounter when interviewing candidates directly. I can’t help to think they were just trying to bump salaries up for their personal gains as fees to headhunter was on a %. I understand that everyone wants to make more in a sales position but the experience i had was clearly not what i was expecting. If you’re a candidate, congrats you found someone that will be on the same page as you. However, as an employer, I’d advise you to double-check all the details before finalising any offers. Also ensure you finalise offers through meetings with candidates and not through your headhunter as that allows them to squeeze more out of you.

I’ve been with Hiredly since the Wobb days in 2016, and while the platform initially showed great promise, it has since taken a sharp turn for the worse. Over time, customer support has become increasingly unresponsive and inflexible, with any attempt to resolve issues met with complete indifference. What once felt like a personalized, solution-driven service has now devolved into a frustrating series of impersonal transactions. The previous consultant who worked with me for years was exceptional, always going above and beyond to resolve issues swiftly. The new consultant, however, seems more interested in pushing for payments rather than addressing concerns, making the experience feel transactional at best—and utterly disappointing at worst. Compared to other job platforms, Hiredly’s performance is vastly underwhelming. Even if they were to slash their subscription by 50%, I wouldn’t hesitate to look elsewhere. If you’re serious about hiring, I would strongly recommend steering clear of this platform entirely
