As an employee I feel like I should share how amazing this company is from an internal standpoint. Not only does Hire Velocity deliver when it comes to culture, they are EAGER to elevate their employees. I am amazed at how they listen to us and care about our feedback. They constantly look to promote hard working employees and value every member of our team. They have really gone the extra mile to facilitate the latest technology so that as recruiters, we can be as efficient as possible. I am an employee at Hire Velocity. The company is restructuring and growing like a weed. Having said that, there is exponential room for growth. The company is dedicated to employee retention and nurturing current and new employees to grow. I love working for Hire Velocity and don’t see myself going anywhere else for my career.

Candidate Review:
After a phone interview with this company I was advised to hold and wait for a call from the hiring manager (within 2-3 days). I was even advised to purchase and read a certain book to help with interview skills – I bought it and finished reading it quickly. The week passed by, I reached out to follow up with Hire Velocity, questioned if the position was still open. I was told yes, and they would follow up within a small time frame. Again, thrown into a black hole and never heard anything. Don’t tell a candidate they are a great match for something and act like it’s locked in. If an opportunity is lost, follow up with people so they can move on with other offers. Remember your candidates have mouths to feed too. Be conscientious and treat candidates with a little more respect.
