Definitely a scam. We paid for 6 months subscription and all we got was garbage. Do not pay for the subscription and get fooled. Neither the emails nor the phone numbers listed on the sites work. Complete waste of time. They promised the moon on the intital call and later on the Relationship manager claims that he himslef quit the job and was asking for a job at our company.standard modus operandi of cheating the customers. in two minds to complain to police about their cheating

Every one in this organization are frauds,They have shown fake data of the candidates, They make fake promises to sell Premium plan [ Shantanu pandey and Abhishek popli ] this two persons are VP and managers they guide their employees to make fake promises to clients and get the sales after all this they are cheating their employees also by not paying their salaries and incentives so please be aware of this fraudsters before purchasing any plans or before joining this company. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Hirect. This company has proven to be nothing short of a scam. The level of frustration and disappointment I’ve encountered is beyond belief. Their customer service is undoubtedly the worst I’ve ever come across. Initially, everything seemed fine until the payment was made. Suddenly, their responsiveness and willingness to assist vanished into thin air. It’s as if they only care about you when they are about to receive your money. Once the payment is done, it’s like they forget you even exist. I have repeatedly tried to reach out to them for assistance, only to be met with silence and indifference. It’s absurd how they can hound you until the payment is made, but the moment you need help or support, they are nowhere to be found. This lack of consideration and professionalism is utterly frustrating. When we approached Hirect for our requirement, Abhishek Popli guided us with the subscription, later our account was handed over to Yogayata, for first two days the response was immediate and later they seenzone and not answer our calls. We wanted to cancel our subscription after first month, but then they offered discount on our previous subscription. What’s even worse is their complete disregard for my requests. I explicitly asked them to stop the previous payment link, and they ignored it completely. As a result, they deducted the amount from my account not once, but twice. The sheer audacity and incompetence displayed by Hirect is mind-boggling. To add insult to injury, it took them more than 10 days to process a refund for the duplicate payment they wrongly took from my account by the promise of Customer Success manager Shushendra. This delay is simply unacceptable and showcases their lack of accountability and urgency. Its been two months since we are using paid version of Hirect, no positive outcome is there for our recruitment. All the profiles are duplicates, candidate’s profile has been repeated several times (More than 10-20 times) in same pipeline which makes sourcing the right candidates impossible. And now that i want to close my account after second month, My calls go unanswered, my messages are not seen by Shushendra, nor revert to my emails. The reason which they state is that the company is not working today due to long weekend on Wednesday, we have informed the account team but no response from them, you have to wait and so on……. In conclusion, my experience with Hirect has been a nightmare. They are a scam, their customer service is abysmal, and they only care about your money. Once they have it, you’re on your own.I strongly advise against doing business with Hirect if you value your time, money, and sanity. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. There are plenty of other reputable options out there that will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve.
