I am currently working with Hire Society in my search for a new Personal Assistant position and have had the pleasure of working with Vanessa throughout this process and she has been absolutely wonderful! Always available to give advice, whether it is about adjustments to my resume to make it stand out more, which position would be the best fit for me if I am interviewing for multiple roles, or how much pay I should ask for. I’ve worked with many agencies throughout my career, but Hire Society definitely sticks out, because of their personal approach and dedication to their candidates. They really care about finding you the right position and don’t push you to interview for jobs that are not the right fit, just to fill the job. I definitely cannot say the same for many other agencies I worked with, particularly the larger ones who are impersonal, often don’t reply to emails and consultants are often young and inexperienced and have not worked in the industry so no industry experience. Hire Society is the complete opposite. They are the exact right size, not too small to not be able to handle the volume of candidates, but also not too big where you just feel like a number. Most consultants have a private service background so they are familiar with the industry and how it works, which makes a world of difference.
