I had a good experience with this place two years ago, but unfortunately, my recent attempt to communicate with them was disappointing. The representative was abrupt and dismissive, simply saying, ‘Hey, we are not hiring,’ without any professionalism. It was an unwelcoming interaction

Don’t come to this agency for work. First of all, they barely have anything for you and second, When I used to call every day in hope for getting a job but they did not give even a single shift. A man who works there said on call that I am not responsible if you do not get the job, what does that mean then why they call themselves an employment agency. and also they give shifts to those guys who are come through reference not those who have skills or who wants job, so I would say that search for other employment agencies who actually give work. Stay away from this agency & for your own benefit!
You can find many other agencies that offer better support. This agency should never exist in the first place.
