This agency is a scam. I was looking for a nanny and all they did was send me profiles of maids to shortlist. But no one ever showed up. I don’t even know of those people exist. When they want you to pay the registration fee they will keep chasing you once you pay after that radio silence. They are unreachable and its been one and a half months they still haven’t found me a nanny. They are a bunch of scam artists and nothing else. I highly doubt the legitimacy of this agency.

Warning: Please stay away from this fraudulent company. They lure you in with false promises of providing a nanny that suits your specific needs, but once they receive the payment, everything changes. They push their own unsuitable options onto you, ignore your preferences, and become unresponsive. Despite repeated follow-ups, they neither fulfill the service nor refund your money. They are solely focused on collecting advance payments and show no intention of delivering what was promised. You’re better off going with a reputed and trustworthy agency. Don’t fall into their trap.

These people are only after money. They run a coordinated money robbing game. First they will provide you a maid who has no past experience of requested work although the profile mentions 3 or more years of exp. Then the maid is forced to accept the offer with a condition that she must resign after the payment has been made for hiring and once the payment is done the maid walks out as per the plan and voila they ask us to take a replacement which will take another 10-15 days by this time you lose your patience and just do away with these people. It’s a win for them and they search for another potential customer. This happened with us when we hired a baby sitter a month ago. She turned up to work for the first 3 days and once the payment was done she refused to come to work citing silly reasons, when this was shared with Hiremaids India people they were not responsive for couple of days and then come up with a replacement story. This was very insensitive of them, no concern about customers time. I pray that no one else goes through what we went through. Anyone reading this please pass on this info to people who might choose this company. Worst experience ever.
