The poor organization and lack of professionalism during the application process significantly disappointed my expectations of the institution.
I could have overlooked the fact that my interview didn’t take place because they “forgot” about it, although that is also very unreliable.
It is extremely disappointing that I received no information whatsoever despite being assured over the phone that I would be called again to arrange a new appointment. What’s more, after I came forward, I was accused of saying that I should have come forward myself. Since then, of course, there has been no answer.
The application alone took time and effort, and I’m not even talking about the time you take for an interview. Time is a precious commodity and it is unfortunate that the institution seems to place little value on it. Transparent dealings should be a given in a professional environment. It would have been appropriate to provide clear and timely notice if the position had already been filled by someone else.
I can only hope that future applicants are better prepared for such shortcomings and do not have to experience the same level of unreliability and disinterest.

The application process is structured into different units.

Under no circumstances should you wait too long for an answer.
If no one answers, there is a data problem.
Due to mutual interest, this should be clarified as soon as possible.
Mr. Lechner and his team handle the application process cleanly and professionally.
The final proposal to the original client is important for them.
Each applicant receives personal information both about their status and beyond the end.
The quality has improved since Mr. Lechner has definitely gained weight significantly.

Apart from the at least 2-hour (!) personality test in which you have to evaluate completely nonsensical statements, such as: “It would worry me if a person, even one I knew well, had access to my home.” …
Unfortunately, even 3 months after the presentation, neither acceptance nor rejection. Therefore it can be classified as unprofessional.
The only positive thing was the friendly staff.
