As a job applicant, I was asked to complete a 4-hour test/which is more like 6-7 hours/, for which, according to their promise, their colleague will look for it and evaluate it for me. Hoping for this, I spent so much time on it in vain, because I haven’t been looking for it since. This is confusing for me, because during the interview I was repeatedly called to use this option, so I wrote the e-mail that I would like the evaluation. They promised that I could find out where my personality development is and draw many conclusions from it. Not to mention that they did not notify me that I was not selected for the position. Although, as far as I know, there were only 6 people in the hat. Therefore, 5 short messages should have been sent to those who were not selected. But this is even “okay” because it is common practice in most companies in Hungary. However, I think it would be a good idea for a headhunting company to inform unsuccessful applicants.

Dear Péter Győrűsi! I have just sent you the documents containing the test results in a private letter, accompanied by an interpretation guide. I’m sorry that it didn’t reach you in time, it was my fault, not my colleagues. Of course, I am happy to supplement this with a telephone or personal meeting. As I wrote in my letter: instead of apologizing, I would like to make an offer: If, upon learning the test results, you feel that there is useful information in them, I will gladly send a test to any of your family members/friends/colleagues, and undertake to prepare a written evaluation of it, as well as to discuss the test with the person on the phone or in person! greetings Ferenc Pinter HILL International

Person- and company-oriented, person-centered + competence-based procedure; maximum commitment in placing the right professionals. HILL’s psychological tests measure an employee’s most important abilities, are up-to-date, easy to use and give valid results.
