I’ve been working with them for almost 2 months now & I love it. I have guaranteed hours, whenever I call with concerns they are so helpful in a timely manner. When I got hired I had some personal things going on that I expressed to my bosses pre employment & they were so understanding and welcomed me with open arms.. truly was a blessing for me because I was honestly losing hope. I’m grateful for my job and the company I am employed with.

This is the agency I am currently employed with. I am extremely satisfied with their services as they consistently strive to collaborate with me on all aspects of my work. Their communication skills are commendable, which I highly value. Although I do wish they had more local branches, I am aware that they are actively working towards expanding their presence. Additionally, it would be beneficial if they provided better compensation policies such as pay for canceled appointments and sending employees home, as it can be inconvenient when clients cancel or when you are sent home, especially when financial stability is crucial. Moreover, it would be great if they offered time and a half pay for all holidays, not just at the altercare building. Despite these minor concerns, the company is exceptional. I must mention that Katie and Amanda are truly remarkable individuals.

Working with Hand in Hand is awesome! Leaders work hard to give quick responses from their team! I got locked out of a facility late in the evening and my manager with Hand in Hand responded within a couple minutes of me messaging her. She called the facility to obtain the access code for me. Hand in Hand staff work very hard to make sure their team members have lots of options for facilities to work at, and they always reach out to us about facilities we may enjoy! I really appreciate the HIH team!
