From actual experience I’m of the opinion that ‘Tom Hiley’ is a one-man band who has created a very poor website using library images & copy/pasted text to give the impression that ‘Highfield James’ is a major player in the recruitment arena.
In reality he has very, very poor vocal & written skills and makes absolutely no attempt to find out more about a candidate nor the role that’s being sought. It’s literally ‘Have a look at the job description and let me know’.
I suggest that ‘Tom Hiley’ simply trawls sites such as Indeed, TotalJobs etc and weakly attempts to match those seeking positions with jobs advertised elsewhere in the hope that he’ll be fortunate enough to claim payment for his success.
If further proof were needed of the validity of this gentleman, at the time of writing this review the business address on the website didn’t match that shown on a Google search.
Quite sad really.
