The group here really knows their stuff. I worked with other cannabis staffing companies and they were passionate about the products but didn’t have much experience with customer service or finding the right culture fit. High Bluff has a big focus on culture. I was interested in one position but after hearing about the culture, my recruiter and I realized it likely would not be the best fit and a couple weeks later he called me and offered to interview with an even better opportunity. The team could not be anymore professional or accommodating.
