We had this company in our office and they’re planning to renew, but we’ve since found better deals with other vendors. When we asked for help returning the machine, they were no help at all. On top of that, they originally signed us up with a leasing company that’s extremely difficult to get out of — they rarely answer their phone and barely respond to emails.
If you’re ever leasing a copy machine, make sure it’s a lease with a one-dollar buyout at the end. That way, you avoid getting stuck in complicated agreements and can actually keep the machine without a hassle.

We have been delighted with the service received from HGi since contracting them for service on our Ricoh copier in 2012. Recently, we received EXCELLENT customer service and repair support from their tech, Frank. We are impressed with the speed with which their team responded to our service call. As a result we were up and running in less than one (1) hour. We are glad to be a part of the HGi service network and highly recommend them here in South Florida!

Have always found HGi staff to be courteous and prompt especially when scheduling a service call. Tom Cannon is very knowledgeable, professional and can quickly get the right equipment spec’d at the best price.
