We sincerely do not recommend connecting your store to this platform!
Our experience with this platform has been shockingly poor. We were assured that the $300 monthly fee covered all costs, only to later discover additional 10-25% commissions on every order. Since joining in April, we’ve received only 11 orders — far too few to justify these fees. Despite raising these issues multiple times, the platform has done nothing to address them. Even after following their recommendations, our listings are barely visible on their marketplace, overshadowed by stores with high review counts. Meanwhile, our own website delivers better results at a fraction of the cost. This platform is not transparent and fails to deliver on its promises.
