Basically they’re incompetent. Went there to ship Fedex, they said “USPS would be better”. Valuable Banking documents LOST. This is TWICE over the years. Lightening did strike twice with this outfit. Did they even offer a refund? NOPE. They said recreate the docs and they’ll ship free. Thanks but no thanks. Want to ship something more important than a birthday card? Don’t use them.

These guys are the best! Not only are they incredibly helpful, they are also very nice. And their prices are surprisingly reasonable. You can get copies made, receive packages and and and receive faxes, send UPS and FedEx, and they will even box things up for you for shipment. Don’t bother driving downtown. These guys will do everything you need!
