Wow! Such a great product for anyone managing high volume recruiting! Our home care agency uses Hellohire to manage caregiver recruiting and I don’t know how we would screen and interview as many candidates as we do without this product. We have a full-time recruiter who manages our hiring and onboarding process and she absolutely loves using Hellohire! She’s been a recruiter for many years is blown away by how easy it is to screen and schedule a large number of candidates.
Job candidates love it too! We recently had a job candidate comment to us that he really liked how easy it was for him to set up an interview at a time convenient for him without going back and forth with a recruiter. In fact, we phone screened him in the morning, and he scheduled himself for an onsite interview later in the day. It’s so great that the system allows that kind of speed of interviewing!
I’m so glad our agency made the investment in Hellohire! We get candidates through the hiring process quickly and it eliminates so much phone tag and non-value add work. Great product!

Hellohire was easy to use and the customer service was great. As a first time user, their on-boarding team was fantastic and walked me through the platform step by step and even ran a mock interview process with me. The platform was intuitive and easy to use. It saved me a lot of time in managing the interview process and I recommend others give it a try.
