After doing research on solar panels and solar companies in the area, we got a few quotes and decided for Helios Solar LLC. We are very happy with our decision. From the very first contact with Dillon, and later with John, to the completed installation we always felt in good hands. They gave us detailed information and guided us through the whole process with ease, while always being very responsive and pleasant to work with, making sure the job was done in a professional and tidy way. On top of that, they gave us a fair price. For all these reasons we highly recommend them.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Helios Solar Energy made what I was expecting to be a stressful process, very easy and stressLESS! Helios has been exceptional in all ways! We needed to find a company to remove & reinstall our panels we lease from Sunrun, so we could get our roof replaced. We have not been happy with Sunrun. I called around and Helios gave a very good quote, compared to all the others I called. The woman I spoke to initially, Leslie, was informative and cordial. I then spoke with John, who was very responsive, with most of my calls answered promptly by John just saying “hello” then my 1st name, which not only saved time on introductions but made me feel this company is personable and pays attention to who their customers are. Helios Solar Energy had the necessary insurance and was promptly approved by Sunrun. Helios came out a couple of days before our roof work began and got the panels put back up on our new roof about a week following our roof install. The crew was respectful and efficient and cleaned up all their debris. Because there were some issues with how Sunrun installed the panels and some extra parts were needed to be purchased for Helios Solar Energy to install the panel’s properly and up-to-code, I was concerned how this was going to effect the final price, but no additional costs were added. Our solar panels are up & generating electricity once again! My review of this company is one of the best I’ve ever given but 100% deserved! My husband & I highly recommend this company.

John and his crew are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The team at Helios communicated well and made sure they were handling all the details. They were upfront with their pricing and were very competitive with other companies offering the same services. I have made Helios our default maintenance firm and look forward to working with them in the future!
