Horrible agency to work for! Unprofessional and RUDE. The guys who allocate your shifts are simple and arrogant. They also, try to intimidate you IF you don’t want to accept a shift. I’d 100% advise them to seek anger management classes. To add, rather than defending their employees, ALL that matter is their reputation. Even that’s not great. These guys require a reality check. Definitely, wouldn’t recommend. Poor agency.

Do not work for this company. The manager is unprofessional, I decided to leave this company due to leaving care as I had a better opportunity. I gave the manager notice of this even though it was a 0 hour contract which he was not happy about. Sent my timesheet in as usual working only 2 days as he didn’t want me to come in for the rest, then pretended that they didn’t receive my time sheet. After 2/3 weeks the same response I got was “didn’t receive your timesheet so I can’t pay you” I didn’t do anything different and was so obvious to why I wasn’t getting paid as I said I was leaving. In the end I had to get my union involved which then they paid me for the 2 days of work but charged me 50% tax. This was a message he kept repeating “When you burn a bridge you, the consequences is usually after! Time will tell – life is great like that” *There are better agencies who will pay more per hour and pay for your training as well, i was receiving £10 an hour but they decided they wanted to pay me £8.72 for an agency worker?! Until I said I wouldn’t work for less than £9*

I really value this Organizations, They are always supportive and are ready to listen to my wife needs to make her job easy. I will always recommend people to work with Hands on Healthcare because they are very good at what they do. Thanks Tosin and Patience
