Does not pay their employees. My first 2 weeks of work went unpaid and I’ve followed up and haven’t received a response till this date. I’ve submitted a complaint with the department of labor and no response as of now on their end either. Very unprofessional.

I can tell years ago this was a good company, maybe ten years back. Someone must have bought out because for years I saw a lot of them in advertising, now not a lot in the last few years. Whomever is the CEO now shame on you. The ladies they had running in person were straight out of the trailer p. The very first day and angry, heavy set woman who was rude apparently became people were not showing up or were late. The way she spoke to me condescending and as if I were a child I should have left then. The other at the location when her handwriting looked like a 5th grader, I asked her to rewrite it she snatched the paper out of my hand( it on camera clearly) and she was lucky we were at the airport.) and sat there as if she did not do it. I had to pray to keep calm and go through without a reaction to get removed. They totally have rigged up rye disability act and they will find out soon, that’s a no no. I was very concerned about the way that project would turn out due to rye placement and how she only wanted specific places or would use me for just places they were running low on and it seemed as if she’d put me there purposely and she would not move on to get other places. I kept my concern to myself till I just had to say I was concerned and her response was “ you just let me worry about that”. Rye strange thing was she would ask me where I wanted to meet and once I would get there she would change concourses. Whomever Taylor’s boss is when it comes to disrespect your picture should be up next to if in dictionary. Thank God I’ve got people willing to testify to your disrespect manner and speak v over m and hanging up. When it comes to bad TSA , unless you’ve seen footage it’s hearsay. Formal complaints will be filed as I did promise them. I promise you need to stay out of that and stay in your lane. If I’m not comfortable being touched a certain way or a TSA has been abusive, u have no right to get involved. Stay away from Headway an a these trailer , rude and unkind and unsophisticated staffing. Getting up at 2:30 AM and working without a break and being abused and being ask to leave post before job shift actually ends so you can be in a shuttle. They were looking for someone to blame. In less you support TSA being nasty and support disability bias and it appears as if you do, you better mind your business. You have enough to worry about my complaint coming about violating disability rights. Your scores were bad due to mismanaged placing around concourses and asking people not to move from certain spots.

Though the pay is normal for a brand ambassador ($20); my first day on the job I did the work of 3 employees because nobody showed up for their shift besides myself. I took my first break around 3 PM… I was told this would be a part-time or full-time position so, I waited months for work…nothing. A few months later on their app there was work but it defiently wasn’t worth the 2 hour drive one way, booking a motel, and getting food. Overall waste of time, poor leadership/management, and no work available for MONTHS.
