What an absolute farce of an experience! If you enjoy disorganisation and a complete lack of professionalism, then Headcount is the perfect choice for you. I had such high hopes for the recruitment process, but they were dashed when staff members repeatedly changed our interview times without so much as a word of explanation.
It’s quite remarkable how they managed to turn what should be a straightforward process into an exercise in sheer frustration. Clearly, respecting candidates’ time and clear communication aren’t high on their list of priorities.
If you’re after a company that values your time and effort, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Good luck to anyone who dares to navigate their chaotic process!
