I worked for HCR for over a year with dedication and professionalism. I ended my contract with them after working one particular week and was owed for 3 shifts out of 5. When I followed it up with their office I was paid for 2 shifts and the remainder was not paid till date. I spoke with the manager, and he assured me they will pay. It’s been over 5 months and I was never paid. Sadly, when I requested for my P45 they just sent it, and never paid for that one shift I did for them.

HCR is a great agency to work for the consultants are always professional and understanding and they’re transparent and respectful when dealing with there staff. Also there rates are good and there’s always work available to suit your availability, whenever there’s a problem with pay query HCR are always there to help and solve the problem. I would definitely recommend working with HCR for peace of mind knowing they’re always there for you. Definitely 5 star for me, excellent service.

Well, where to start? I have received a phone call from one of the recruiters around 6 weeks ago,he said that he has a perfect job for me, considering my experience, etc,,,,,l have been between jobs so perspective of earning some money has been perfect for me! I have said that l would like to have 2/3 nights shifts weekly and l have been told that it will not be problem whatsoever.l have started a recruitment process, had to pay for my DBS and some mandatory course, which was about £100 all together,l have been told that l will start working as soon as my DBS check will be done.My DBS arrived, all courses done and the recruiter called me what shifts l want next week,l have said any shifts from Monday.I have been waiting till Wednesday and l have asked about my shifts and l have found out that l have to have a timesheets, etc,,,,which has been sent to me a while ago apparently.Okay,so l have been awaiting for my timesheets. My timesheets arrived,l have let the recruiter knew and l have been asked what shifts l want next week ,l have asked for 2/3 nights as l have requested before and l have been told that nights are not available,l have been offered a two day shifts,l have said that l will let him know, after around one an hour l have been told that those shifts are already taken and l have been reassured that he is going to find some job for me. I have resigned before even started. Before you start any recruitment process with them asked in writing what and how many shifts they can offer you!!!!!! otherwise you will be waiting ages god knows what for.
