I applied for a job on Indeed and Bruce from Hartman Personnel called me right away to discuss the job.I decided i wasnt qualified for the job but asked them to keep me in mind if something else came throught. The next day, something perfect for me came in and Bruce called me excited to get me started. The next week Bruce was out of the office and Victoria reached out to me.They both very SUPER nice and very knowledgeable of the job. They have a good relationship with their companies and keep in close contact every step of the way. After multiple months away from traditional employment, Andy at Hartman Personnel Services reached out to me, having found my resume online. At the time, I wasn’t sure it was worth the drive from the west side of Cleveland, not knowing much about the job. I’m so thankful for their counsel and confidence in me. If not for their support and guidance, I may have accepted an offer that wasn’t equivalent to my worth. I honestly feel they had my back even when I was unsure of the path ahead, and for that, I’m very appreciative.
