BEWARE OF HARMONY HEALTHCARE: For anyone considering a role at Harmony Healthcare, I feel it’s crucial to share my insights regarding the working conditions, as they significantly impact work-life balance and overall well-being. My experience indicated an expectation of exceptionally long hours, with typical shifts running from 8 AM to 8 PM, six days a week, translating to approximately 72 hours weekly. This schedule is considerably more demanding than standard employment and can lead to significant personal sacrifice. On top of this, various employment sites with different names will target people that all fall under Harmony Healthcare. They have different names but end up being the same company. The same company that will force you to work 12 hour days. Absolutely no. Beware of this. You will see other healthcare companies and then wonder why the interview address is the exact same. Run! A notable point for prospective hires is the reported uncompensated initial training period, which for me lasted several weeks. This policy creates a substantial financial burden, as new employees must support themselves entirely before receiving any compensation. The work environment itself is also quite specific: I found myself in a highly sedentary, confined cubicle setting, managing a very high volume of daily calls, often exceeding 300. This constant, desk-bound activity can be both physically and mentally draining, particularly if you thrive in more dynamic or varied roles. Ultimately, while Harmony Healthcare may present an attractive earning potential, I believe this comes at a considerable cost. The intense demands on personal time, the initial financial strain, and the high-pressure, sedentary nature of the role collectively contribute to an experience I found personally challenging. For skilled professionals seeking a career that offers a healthier balance between work and personal life, and one that fosters fulfillment beyond just income, I would strongly advise carefully weighing these factors to determine if this environment aligns with your long-term goals.

I have 25 years experience in this career. Management, educator, auditing, coding etc Addison/Harmony.. Started out with Harmony which got acquired by Addison. I had originally worked for Addison for a very short period. They were very unprofessional and not helpful when there was an issue with scheduling with the client. A few months later I got hired by Harmony and had a great experience with them up until they were acquired by Addison. I worked with Harmony for nearly two and a half years. The last 9 months I worked with a manager that was hired through Addison who was less than professional had nothing but negative things to say about the group could not run the project that she was hired for very well.. change things constantly on a moment’s notice without even really informing us of such. When issues were brought up with why the client wasn’t taking the feedback that they had asked for and using it orally told we were just to be quiet and do our job because it’s job security if they keep giving us work and not learning from it. Her name is Kathy pride and she is definitely in the top two worst managers I’ve ever worked for in my life. after two and a half , nearly 3 years with the same company and great experience up until her I could no longer deal with it. Upon leaving I was treated like I was the issue thought many team members had gone to management about her and her communication with us. I will add this is right after I needed health accommodations and they never gave me them nor started FMLA processes. She literally ran me out of my position. I would never again recommend this place. It’s one of many recruiting firms out there that only cares about themselves and not you as an employee

This place is out of control. I don’t care for there lying phone people and I can’t believe they’ve had people calling my number directly after I talk to them. This place is the worse!!! Steer clear of them!!!!
