Dont be a prey – I had bitter experience working with Harmer, They asked me for help in referral and conducting technical interviews, without honoring my time & efforts as per the industry standards( Referral bonus/ technical Interview cost) which is quite common. Referral efforts: I had to call 7 to 10 friends and speak about this opportunity at client I have sent several emails/followups/linkedin to make sure they are interested and available Spoke to all 7 people who were available and 4 were interested to relocate. out of 4 people I chose 1 best fit(xxxx) and referred him as the right candidate. I had to prep him and made sure he is comfortable with requirement and client facing. as said every organization respects referrals, I have all the way gone an extra mile to help Harmer and client(XXXX) to interview and select a right resource spending huge amount of time and preparation in my busy schedule. Interview efforts: I have taken 4 final technical interviews for Client XXXX Minimum 3 technical screening calls for Harmer 3/4 client review calls on the interviewed candidates, 1 final review call with Client XXXX, which almost took more than an hour to go over each candidates responses/strengths in detail and finalize the right person. After all these efforts from a 3rd person, Harmer(Todd/Kelly) say’s we never gave a word that we will honor your efforts/time ???? Harmer is a PARASITE, just squeeze what you have and dump you. If anyone is referring please be cautious and choose another firm where your efforts are honored.
