HAPPY GROUP IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY & ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL from what I experienced. Very disrespectful, unprofessional, humiliating behavior by HAPPY Group People.
MEETINGS :- Invited us for negotiation 2 times but they change & increase price both time in final meetings. Meetings were waste of Time even with Partner. Internal gaps, disputes, politics in staff is visible & that affects deal. False “YES”.
WORKING :- Unethical, Non-reliable, Non-transparent practice. Statement gets changed every time in every meeting by people. Advisable to take things in writing to prove our self correct.
DO NOT VALUE MONEY & CUSTOMER :- Realised that conditions, plans, proposals, are only & only for Builder’s benefit. They never call back, not reachable after knowing things. Customer feedback doesn’t matters for HAPPY Group.
ABOUT RATING :- Found Good Rating & Good Reviews created on HAPPY GROUP website are FAKE by their own staff & references.
TAKE CARE & BE WISE if you are booking dream home & investing hard earn money.

Worst ever construction quality. Many times all resident complaint to Site office…..No action…..Poor quality of material. Hardly year of Happy Highland and lot of problem in Construction quality. They are playing with the life of residents.
If it could be option of -ve ranking then this group deserve so.
