I have applied for positions several times and been in the running as a candidate, where Hammer Andersen has handled the recruitment process.
Both Hans Hammer and Malene Hammer represent the employing company in an exemplary manner.
They do this through clear communication, are available by phone and email, have reasoned arguments if it turns out to be a no thanks – and upon initial contact, the process is explained.
A really good experience as a candidate.
For me, Hammer Andersen is a role model in their industry.

Never have I felt so unfairly treated as a qualified candidate. Giving up after more than a year of getting jobs through them.
Updated: Hi Hans. Thank you for your reply. My criticism does not apply to the CV base. After a number of rejections, I asked what I could do better and once got great feedback. I have implemented all the changes, and even though the hiring consultant was again the contact person, I was still refused. Rejection on rejection on rejection seasoned with more rejection. And standard refusal only; No elaboration, nothing concrete. There is SO much room for improvement on that point.
