July 2016 I purchased an online first aid coupon for $49.00. We were then booked into a course in December and the day before received a message saying the instructor had a death in the family. We accepted the reason and rescheduled the only available course was March 2017. The day before we were then told the instructor had to go to hospital for an operation and was again unavailable. We have tried to reschedule, we have sent emails and left messages on the mobile number which is on the web site as their contact number. We are getting no response or reply either from email or phone (so don’t go blaming the student booking system for this lack of common courtesy) As nearly 12 months has passed and still no joy I have filed a complaint with the consumer protection to obtain a refund. My advice – don’t book a course through this training company

I found this course to be so informative and fun. Our instructor Jeanette knew her stuff and made it fun to learn. The small class size was great. I purchased a Scoopon which made this great value. I highly recommend this course and Hailer Training.

Completed my certificate (HLTAID003 ‘Provide First Aid’) through Hailer Training and absolutely loved it! Trainer was relatable, fun and practical – used personal experiences relate to different scenario’s! Highly informative, well presented and excellent learning environment! Would strongly recommend!
