Nice selection but the staff esp the brunette women is very rude

Check out lady is rude, the brunette one who stands in front of the pint sized liquor bottles. Completely ignored what I was saying to her and cut me off while I was talking. By the looks from other reviews about this woman who people have had similar experiences with, Maybe it’s time for her to retire. Edit: Tom the manager 12/7/24 came barking at me when I was trying to explain the situation to him. The employees need customer service training. The grocery store staff is so much better and helpful, I don’t understand how the liquor store staff lacks respect for customers. Tom the manager should absolutely be ashamed for the way he just spoke to me for giving him feedback. I didn’t raise my voice, I explained to him the situation and my frustration with how I was just treated and he threw it back in my face with anger. I’ll be sure to keep this interaction in mind for future endeavors.

First the positive. The selection of wine is great. The first time it happened I thought it was perhaps a one off, someone having a bad day but each experience I have there the staff are very unfriendly. They don’t say hello, don’t tell you how much the total is and look absolutely miserable.
